FoundersDustin and Stephanie are the founders of Bell Haven, a family-owned wedding venue built from a shared dream of creating a place where people can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. After relocating from Eagle, Idaho and falling in love with the beauty and potential of the property, they began turning their vision into reality — blending natural scenery, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality into every part of Bell Haven. With a love for hosting and a passion for creating meaningful spaces, they are dedicated to building a venue that feels both timeless and welcoming for everyone who walks through the gates.

Site & Communications ManagerElena serves as one of Bell Haven’s Site & Communications Managers, helping oversee the day-to-day flow of the venue while also managing client communication and social media. With a creative mindset and a passion for bringing people together, she plays a large role in shaping the experience couples have from their very first inquiry to the moment they arrive on property. Whether she’s coordinating details behind the scenes, creating content, or helping share Bell Haven’s story online, her goal is always to make the venue feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Rachel serves as one of Bell Haven’s Site and Communications Managers, helping create a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest who visits the property. Having recently gotten married herself, she understands firsthand how meaningful the little details and moments throughout the planning process can be, and she brings that perspective into every event hosted at Bell Haven. From helping couples feel comfortable during site visits to assisting behind the scenes on event days, Rachel is passionate about creating an atmosphere that feels warm, organized, and genuinely memorable. Grounds & Facilities ManagerAJ Beard
AJ serves as Bell Haven’s Grounds & Facilities Manager, overseeing the care and maintenance of the entire property to ensure every space feels intentional, welcoming, and beautifully kept. From day-to-day upkeep to seasonal improvements, he works hands-on to preserve the natural charm of the venue while continuously enhancing its overall appearance and function.
With a strong appreciation for well-maintained outdoor spaces and a practical eye for detail, AJ helps ensure the grounds are always event-ready and reflective of the level of care Bell Haven is known for. His work plays an important role in creating a seamless and polished experience for every couple and guest who visits the property.
