Dustin and Stephanie Simpson
Founders & Owners
Dustin and Stephanie are the founders of Bell Haven, a family-owned wedding venue built from a shared dream of creating a place where people can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. After relocating from Eagle, Idaho, they fell in love with the beauty and potential of the property and began transforming it into the destination couples experience today.
Together, they have poured countless hours into designing and building Bell Haven with intentionality, combining the property's natural beauty with thoughtful details that create an unforgettable experience. Their vision has always been about more than creating a beautiful wedding venue—it's about creating a place where families connect, friendships grow, and life's most meaningful moments are celebrated.
When they're not working on the next Bell Haven project, Dustin and Stephanie enjoy spending time with their family, tackling new projects together, and continuing to dream about what's next for the property. Their greatest hope is that every guest who visits Bell Haven leaves feeling welcomed, cared for, and a little more at home.
Elena Simpson
Communications & Marketing Manager
As Bell Haven's Communications & Marketing Manager, Elena oversees the venue's marketing, social media, website, and client communications. From the moment a couple submits an inquiry to the stories shared online, she works to ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, beauty, and heart behind Bell Haven.
Elena is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping couples feel welcomed from the very beginning of their wedding journey. Whether she's answering questions, creating content for social media, or highlighting the special moments that make Bell Haven unique, her goal is to make the planning process feel personal, exciting, and stress-free.
Outside of Bell Haven, Elena enjoys writing and performing music, exploring the outdoors, and taking on creative projects. She believes the little details often make the biggest impact and loves helping tell the story of a place where lasting memories begin.
Rachel Beard
Venue & Wedding Coordinator
Rachel serves as Bell Haven’s Venue & Wedding Coordinator, helping couples bring their wedding vision to life from the first tour to the final details of their celebration. She loves the planning process, executing events, and seeing all of the little details come together to create a day that feels uniquely theirs.
What Rachel loves most about weddings is witnessing a covenant be sealed before God surrounded by the people who mean the most to each couple. Her favorite moments are watching family and friends see their loved ones begin a new journey together (cue the happy tears!). She is passionate about creating an experience where couples feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that their special day is in good hands.
Outside of Bell Haven, Rachel enjoys hiking, running, thrifting, and spending time in nature. Her love for meaningful moments and attention to the smallest details makes her a perfect fit for helping couples create unforgettable celebrations.
AJ Beard
Grounds & Facilities Manager
AJ is Bell Haven’s Grounds & Facilities Manager, overseeing the care, maintenance, and continued improvement of the property to ensure every space feels intentional, welcoming, and beautifully kept. From day-to-day upkeep to seasonal enhancements, he works hands-on to preserve the natural charm of the venue while making sure every detail is ready for couples and their guests.
With a strong appreciation for well-maintained outdoor spaces and a practical eye for detail, AJ plays an important role in creating the polished experience Bell Haven is known for. Outside of the venue, he enjoys spending time outdoors through disc golf, off-roading, and working on his Jeep and RC trucks. His love for hands-on projects, problem-solving, and adventure makes him an essential part of the Bell Haven team.
